Mode QR : connexion de la caméra de sécurité L1 au Wi-Fi

1. Allumez l’interrupteur d’alimentation de l’appareil.

2. Vérifiez que le témoin lumineux clignote en bleu comme sur l’image et émet un bip toutes les 15 secondes.

3. Appuyez sur "Suivant".

4. Remarque : Si le témoin lumineux ne correspond pas à l’image, maintenez enfoncé le bouton Réinitialiser pour réinitialiser l’appareil.

5. Sélectionnez/entrez le nom du WiFi (SSID) et le mot de passe corrects (attention : sensibles à la casse et nécessitent une saisie exacte, y compris la ponctuation). Veuillez noter que la caméra L1 ne prend actuellement en charge que la bande WiFi 2,4 GHz et n’est pas compatible avec le WiFi 5 GHz (si votre routeur est double bande, séparez les bandes et connectez la caméra exclusivement au réseau 2,4 GHz).

6. Après la saisie, l’application générera un QR code. Tenez ce QR code à 20-30 cm devant l’objectif de la caméra L1 jusqu’à entendre trois bips courts, confirmant la reconnaissance du QR code. (Assurez-vous que la caméra est en mode d’appairage pendant cette étape – le témoin doit clignoter en bleu avec un bip toutes les 15 secondes. Sinon, la caméra peut être en veille après une inactivité prolongée ; appuyez brièvement sur le bouton de réinitialisation pour la relancer.)

7. Appuyez sur "J’ai entendu le signal" pour lancer l’appairage.

8. Appairage terminé.

Note: Micro SD card is not included in the camera.

What do I do if I want to change the WiFi information?

Please delete the camera from your Symynelec account, reset the camera, and then use the new Wi-Fi and password to add it back to the app.

How long does the battery last on the camera?Why is my camera's battery life poor?

  • Alarm Frequency: Check if alarms trigger too frequently. Frequent activations drain battery faster, especially at night with infrared activation, results in increased power usage. Adjust motion detection sensitivity and alarm settings to reduce unnecessary alerts caused by moving objects.
  • Battery Duration: The camera theoretically lasts 90-120 days with 10 wake-ups per day, each involving 5 minutes of video viewing.
  • Wi-Fi Coverage Impact: Poor Wi-Fi coverage (below 60%) increases power consumption.
  • Cold Weather Impact: Cold weather reduces battery capacity, affecting device endurance.
  • Remote Access: Frequent remote access from mobile phones drains battery faster.
    Battery Health Maintenance: To maintain optimal battery health, it's recommended to discharge to 10% and then charge to 100%.

How do I view the camera on another phone?

The camera can only connect to one account, so sharing is necessary to allow others to view and operate it. To do this.click the ".." in the top right corner of the live screen to access the settings. Navigate to "Others" and then "Share Device" You can share the device by email or by adding another account.

What should I do if the charge fails?

  • Check the Power Adapter: Swap it with another one to see if the issue persists.
  • Inspect the USB Charging Cable: Test with a different cable to rule out any cable issues.
  • Use the Phone App to Check Charging Status: If the indicator seems faulty, monitor the charging status through the phone app.
  • Ensure Proper Connection: Make sure the charging port on the device is securely connected to the USB cable.
  • Avoid Charging in Low Temperatures: Note that charging in very low temperatures may trigger a safety feature. Allow the camera to warm up before attempting to charge it again.

What should I do if I recieve too many notifications?

  • Adjust PIR Sensitivity: Lower the sensitivity of the PIR detection alarm in the camera settings and adjust the alarm interval time appropriately.
  • Check for Interference: Look for objects that may trigger the PIR sensor, such as outdoor air conditioner units, passing cars, or pedestrians.

  • Adjust the camera angle to avoid these disturbances.
    Enable Human Body

  • Filtering: Turn on "Human Body Filtering" to use humanoid algorithms and filter out irrelevant alarms.

What should I do if I do not recieve any notification?

  • Enable Push Permissions: Turn on all push permissions for the "Symynelec" app in your phone's system settings.
  • Check Camera Settings: Ensure motion detection and PIR function are activated on the camera, and review your Alarm Settings.
  • Review Smart Scheduling: Check if you've set up smart schedules or timers for specific actions.
  • Check Network Connections: Verify that both your phone's network and the camera's Wi-Fi connection are stable.

What is night mode?

  1. AUTO:Automatically turn on/off the infrared lights based on the surrounding environment, displaying color during the day and switching to black and white mode at night.
  2. Off:The infared lights are always off.
  3. On:The infared lights are always on.

How to start recording and what are the recording modes?

  • When you turn on the motion detection feature, the camera will send you a picture notification if it detects motion. If you need the camera's recording function, you need to install an SD card for the camera or purchase a cloud service. The camera automatically starts recording when it detects motion.
  • If you are using an SD card, disconnect and power on the camera after installing the SD card to ensure that the camera recognizes the SD card correctly. You can then view the recorded video in the Playback screen.
  • If you have selected a cloud service, you can click “Cloud” to view the video in the cloud.
  • Please note that the L1 camera only supports event recording mode and does not provide 24/7 recording.

How to set a default position for the camera?

The default position is the last position you set using thedirectional controls in the app. When the camera loses itstracking target, it will return to the default position after oneminute.

What should I do if my camera can not rotate left or right or motion tracking function not working?

  • Calibrate the camera direction (Go to the live screen-> clickon the top right corner "."sign → "Basic Settings" -> click on"Basic Function Settings"> execute "Camera Calibration")
  • Restart the camera (Go to the live screen -> click on the top right corner "." sign-> scroll down to the bottom, and click on “Restart Camera"-> execute "Restart Camera")
  • Note: Once the camera's motion tracking is activated, please do not use your hand to rotate the rotating part of the camera. Otherwise, you will need to perform a direction calibration.

How do I access the camera on web page/PC?

  1. Open the webpage: https://ipc-us.ismartlife.me/login
